I created Healthy Mind Bro because I’ve lived both sides of the struggle — the silence, the shutdowns, the breaking point… and the work it takes to come back from that.

This collection? It’s not about fashion. It’s about freedom.

Every design carries the same core message — your voice matters, even when you can’t find the words.

I built this in honour of my mom — and for the brotherhood that’s rising in her memory. She taught me to grow things. Now I’m planting something bigger.
